We do not process any special categories of data and we do not take automated decisions with legal consequences.
2. Who we share data with
We never sell or rent out your data. We only share it with parties that are necessary to provide our service, in each case under a data processing agreement or as an independent controller where the law provides for this:
- Our logistics partner and refurbisher (the Netherlands): receives your name, delivery address and phone number in order to ship your order, and the IMEI number for handling the warranty.
- PostNL: name, address, phone and e-mail for the delivery and track & trace.
- Mollie B.V. (the Netherlands): payment data; Mollie is an independent controller for the processing of your payment.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: statistics via Google Analytics 4, only with your consent, with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode.
- Our hosting partner and e-mail provider (EU data centres): storage of the website and sending of e-mails.
- Our accountant and, where legally required, the authorities.
Data is processed within the European Economic Area. Where a party processes data outside the EEA (for example Google), this is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
3. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of your data, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can always withdraw your consent, without this affecting the processing that took place beforehand. Send your request to info@green-ware.be; we reply within one month and may ask you to prove your identity.
Are you not satisfied with the way we handle your data? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
4. Security
The website works exclusively over a secure connection (https). Payments are handled by Mollie; we do not store any card details. Access to customer data is limited to those who need it, with two-step verification. Devices we receive for repair or return are wiped after processing.

6. Changes
We may amend this policy. The date of the most recent version is stated below; in the event of significant changes, we will notify you via the website.
