Secure payment
Paying at Green-ware runs through Mollie, a licensed European payment institution. Your payment details never pass through our servers; you pay in the secure environment of your bank or card issuer. You can recognise the secure connection by the padlock in the address bar.

Bancontact is therefore the cheapest way to pay. If you choose a credit card or eco vouchers, the payment provider applies a surcharge; you see it before you confirm, never afterwards.
Paying with eco vouchers
A refurbished device is one of the purchases you may use your eco vouchers for. At Green-ware you simply choose Pluxee (Sodexo) or Monizze at checkout, like any other payment method. You pay with your electronic card and are taken to the issuer's secure environment.
For a payment with eco vouchers the payment provider charges €0.50 plus 5.5% of the total amount. That amount appears in your summary before you confirm.
Eco vouchers apply to the refurbished devices themselves. Accessories such as cases and screen protectors are not on the legal list of eco voucher purchases. Is there an accessory in your basket alongside your device? Simply choose eco vouchers: you pay for the device with your eco vouchers, then straight away for the accessory with Bancontact or a credit card.
Not enough balance on your eco vouchers? You pay the difference with Bancontact or a credit card. If you get stuck, call or email us and we will sort it out together.
No surprises
The price you see is the price you pay: including VAT, private-copy levy and shipping. No administration or packaging costs are added. The only exception is the surcharge above, if you pay by credit card or with eco vouchers; that too appears in your summary before you confirm. Your order is only final after payment; you immediately get an order confirmation by email and later the tracking code from PostNL.
Business customers
