    No shop, but always reachable

    Green-ware has no shop or pick-up point. Our devices are kept in a central warehouse and are shipped directly to you. So please do not drop by without an appointment; calling or e-mailing is faster.

    Returning a device? Get in touch first. Once we have approved your request, we provide you with a bpost return label; with it you drop the parcel off free of charge at a bpost pick-up point. So do not send anything back without a label, see Delivery and returns.
