About Green-ware

Green-ware is a Belgian webshop for refurbished iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, Samsung devices and MacBooks. We started in 2018 from Wielsbeke, in West Flanders, with a simple idea: a good device doesn't have to be new, and buying refurbished doesn't have to be nerve-racking.

What we stand for

• Honest prices. What you see is what you pay: VAT, private-copy levy and shipping are included. No surprises at checkout.
• Quality you can check. Every device is tested on more than 50 points under the Keurmerk Refurbished, with a battery of at least 85 % and a 2-year warranty.
• Clear about the condition. Grade A, B, C or Outlet: you know exactly what you are getting in advance.
• Delivered fast. Ordered before 4 pm, at your door the next business day via PostNL.
• A real person on the line. Questions about a model, a delivery or the warranty? You call or email someone who knows your device, not a call centre.

Sustainable, without the big words

Every device that gets a second life is a device that doesn't have to be produced new. That saves raw materials, energy and electronic waste. It is the reason why we carry "Green" in our name.

Practical

Green-ware is a trade name of Q-Ware bv, Merellaan 6, 8710 Wielsbeke, company number BE 0700.227.558. We have no shop or collection point: our devices leave from a central warehouse so that they are with you the next business day.
